MOOD: Tired MUSIC: Trey Songz - Can't Help But Wait
As the title suggests, the beauty of post-HSC life has finally started to reveal itself to me.
The lack of stress The lack of teachers The lack of restrictions
Haha, it all showed itself to me this morning at 1am when we were planning what to do today lol. 8hrs later I had 5 people at my place, another 2 came 5mins later after calling them. Only post-HSC life allows for this last minute planning a few hours before =D
Got a few friends over. Ended up watching a few movies, crapping around at my place. We were all pretty damn bored and didn't wanna spend money so we're camping at each other's houses instead since it's so much cheaper. Plus I need to do ALOT OF SAVING!
Yesterday's dance class was seriously, SO HOT OMFG. Check out the choreography we learnt. Same teacher as in the video. He's taught this set of choreography before obviously:
Now I have to teach this to my friend since she missed the class yesterday and REALLY wants to learn it now. HAHA too bad for missing! =p But man, you feel so sore afterwards! Ohh well, good exercise =)
OVERSEAS TRIP UPDATE Flight has been paid for and everything is looking smooth. Now I have to start preparing all the presents and stuff that people want from Australia.
List so far: - DOLLY : A lifetime supply of chocolate (LMAO. you know I can't supply that)
MOOD: Getting a little bored and impatient MUSIC:Big Bang - LADY
Haha, this blog has seriously become deserted ever since HSC finished. So much for blogging more often. Instead I've slacked off alot more and done other things in my time. Well, seriously, so much has happened this last week in terms of events that to blog it all would take up like, 10 pages. 10 pages of junk that no one WOULD read haha!
Okay, so skip straight to the relevant stuff.
OVERSEAS TRIP UPDATE Bookings have been confirmed.
DEPARTURE - 31st December: Sydney International [1540 hours Australian time ] arriving at KLIA [ 2050 hours Malaysian time ]
RETURN - 1st February: KLIA [ 0900 hours Malaysian time ] arriving at Sydney International [ 1955 hours Australian time ]
Within that one month period I'll be hopping about the place as before stated. As for when I'll be hopping to singapore / hong kong, that hasn't been finalised yet. At least my flight has been reserved and payment is due tomorrow. ^_^v
Still got one month to wait D= Half of my friends have already gone off to other countries RAWR! That's why I'm so impatient haha
Anyway, so many stories to tell, but sorta..lazy LOL!
MOOD: Really happy and livin' it up MUSIC: Anything and EVERYTHING
Really, my mood thing above says it all. I'm just having WAY too much fun lately that I really haven't had time to blog at all! =O Okay, time to remember everything that I've done these past few days.
SUNDAY 9th November: Two parties on at the same day. Shirley had her birthday bash in the city at karaoke bar and pool lounge. Jeff had his huge celebration party at his house with drinks and the lot and what not. Haha Di and I went party hopping. Both of us got up super early, went to Jeff's and had fun there from like 11 - 4pm. Actually, not it really wasn't that fun at the beginning. No one really started showing up (I have no idea why Jeff wanted Di and I to get there at 11 when the next person that came came at like..2pm). So we ended up using his kitchen and...wait for it...started cooking. No joke, we went through his pantry, dug up food and started cooking a quiche pie. Hahaha, it turned out awesome though. Our first one was lacking a bit of after-taste so we redid it for a second time and it turned out great.
LOL a story to tell your kids seriously. "Ohh what did you do after your HSC?" "I went to a friend's party, and instead of enjoying myself, my friend and I used his kitchen and started cooking"
HAHAHAHA
Well, our train was for 3:15pm but LOL, by the time we finished playing Nintendo Wii it was like..3:30pm so Di and I were like, super late for Shirley's which started at 4. Ended up gettin to karaoke at 4:30pm. And even then it wasn't that great. SOMEONE KEPT HOGGING THE KARAOKE MACHINE *ahem* michelle and sheena... *ahem*
Anyway, after that, headed BACK TO JEFF's til like 11pm. Haha, lots of fun =] Nintendo Wii + half drunk people = HILARITY. Absolutely hilarious to watch people's coordination just collapse completely and seeing them not know how to hold the controller properly HAHAHA.
Monday 10th November: My day in to relax and SAVE MONEY. Can't remember what I did. All I remember is that the day passed before I realised it haha. Oh, started playing RO again. HeartbeatRO. Nice slow rates [ 50/50/50 ]. Not too fast so that it's ridiculously imbalanced, but not too slow that it seems like eternity before reborn. Max levels = 99, so it's a really balanced server. All my friends that used to play RO decided to play again. So that's like..20 people all playing on the same server..again. XD So fun
Tuesday 11th November: ANOTHER day out. Grace called me the night before and was like: "Jim jim what're you doing tomorrow?" Haha ended up going to city with her and her friends, Bren and myself. Just basically shopped around. Went to check out all the suits and dresses at Myer + David Jones. Buying gear for formals and all that sort. TAROCASH has a 60% off sale til Monday! =O Good brand + good quality stuff + cheap prices = WIN.
After that, went to play pool. Bren and I pretty much treated all the girls to free pool, so that's more money out of my pocket HAHA.
Total expenses: Little over $50 i think Gosh I really need to keep a tab on this..Considering I really NEED TO SAVE if I plan to accomplish my "bring $1500 overseas to spend on clothes in an asian country"
Today: DANCE CLASS STARTED! Ohhh yeaaah. 6pm - 7:45pm sessions at Syd. Dance company in Parramatta. Haha the warmups are insane! They're even harder and more strenuous than the choreography. Like..literally, one hour of stretches, isolations and warmups with 45mins of learning a routine. That's how much emphasis they put on fitness in dance classes. Not many of us there actually. Only Jaemin, Nathan, Kerry and myself. Was expecting others to join. AHAHA apparently, MR EDWARD CHAN is joining us to dance in the coming weeks. OMG LOL
Eddie: "I will never dance"
Whatever happened to that Eddie?! Just cause you finished HSC doesn't mean you suddenly change your views! AHAHAHA ohh well, not that we don't want you there. It's just so LOL that you changed your mindset so fast =p
And yeah, here I am now, back from dance class and pretty tired ^^; ---------------------------------------- OVERSEAS TRIP PROGRESS It's turning out quite well. Sent out a few emails to people, asking them to help me make lists on PLACES TO GO. Well considering the reason for my overseas trip is 1. see relatives + friends and most importantly 2. GO SHOPPING (for clothes mostly)
you can tell that most of the list is just shopping malls and places of interest.
TARGET: Trying to bring $1500 AUD to spend overseas. Converting to ringgit, thats about over RM3000 haha. PLENTY to spend on clothes! yaaay ----------------------------------------
Anyway, that's the progress. I'll keep you all informed!

PS. DJ KUNI's sessions are about to start pretty soon. Give me 1-2 more days to talk to DJ kymchee and fix up my technical problems and I'll be good to start live-DJing!
Haha my goodness, I was supposed to come home and blog after finishing the chem exam, but seriously, WHO WOULD?! Straight away after exam, went out with a whole bunch of people to party in the city all night =D Ahh man, the life is so good now. I don't feel any stress, any pressure. I have the freedom to go out and party and relax and actually do things i WANT to do from now on!!
Overall, the exams really weren't that bad at all. I expected them to be really stressful and what not, but overall, not that stressful. Which is good and bad. Good in that there's not so much pressure. But also, not enough stress makes you REALLY lazy, and you just totally slack off. But ohh well, I think I did good in all my exams. Kept focused, worked at it, and now that it's all over, I'm really feeling the relief and enjoying every moment now =D
So what's my plan after HSC? Hahaha welll....
Yesterday: Stayed at home and rebuilt my computer as well as cleaned out my room. Oh my GOODNESS, my room was an ABSOLUTE MESS. Just to show you how messy:
IT's like a tornado went through it ...
more tornado. See that black garbage bag in the middle? That's where I threw all my rubbish...
My bed. Can't even sleep in it!
Just take a look at HOW MUCH I had to throw out LOL
And it all finally making its way into the wheelie bin in our house
Okay seriously, guess how much the garbage bag weighed in the end. It was filled with all the notes and paper I didn't need since school finished after all, and I'll NEVER do the course again. It weighed..
16.8 KILOGRAMS
That must be like, the equivalent of 6 trees or something. Seriously, OMG. I was thinking of the poor trees. My room became 17kg lighter because of redundant paper I didn't need anymore. Good thing I didn't end up burning it like I had planned to. I'm just thinking of how much carbon dioxide I'd have let off into the atmosphere. Only add to global warming HAHA.
Also with my computer reformatted, it's now FAST again, and doesn't lag anymore. Ohh man this is going to be AWESOME ^__^v What sucks though, the reinstalling of EVERYTHING. Lucky I have all the source files hidden away somewhere..If not I'd have had to redownload everything ~___~ Takes HOURS just to install everything again..eeeesh
Today: Another relaxing daaay. Woke up late, just totally relaxed the day away. Went to library and borrowed a couple books including...a few cook books! Haha I'm gonna get started on learning how to cook. Moroccan food looks pretty damn awesome, so might get cracking on a few dishes sometime in the future.
Also had a dinner party to celebrate my bro's birthday. He's turning..what..11 on Tuesday so yeah, had the dinner outing today =D omg, eating at a malaysian restaurant makes you miss the place D= Lucky I'm going end of this year, CANNOT WAIT!!!!!! More on this further down..
Tomorrow: DOUBLE PARTY!! Party hopping. Already planned out the logistics of transport. Leaving really early, coming back really late. Haha 2 parties =] I'll take LOTS OF PICS for you guys!
Okaay..as for things I'm planning to start:
1. DANCE CLASS - Yess! I can finally start dance classes after I got my mum's approval! 6 - 7:45pm at Sydney Dance Company in Parramatta every WEdnesday. Beginners hiphop sessions. If I feel confident enough I'll move up to intermediate, but for a first shot I'll give beginners a try. A whole bunch of us are going to. Ohh man, THIS WILL BE GOOD
2. Pick up jobs again - I already tutor 2 kids, but I had to take a month off tutoring at the pre-uni tutoring centre 'cause Natasha - my boss - wanted me to focus on HSC. Well, called her straight after HSC and told her to HIRE ME AGAIN!! Ahaha now I'm just waiting for her to call and tell me what times and I'm THERE
3. COOKING - As before stated, you watch me. I am going to become a PRO COOK x3
4. LIVE-ONLINE DJing - Ahaha okay this is just, so totally cool. A week ago, I found a forum: http://www.asianload.com/ and was looking through it, and found that they had a live-streaming asian music radio run by volunteers, asianload community members and dedicated fans of asian music. After a few days studying with the online-radio on, I decided, "hey lets get to know the community" and so I did. Ahaha few days later, i was like "ohh what the heck, after HSC lets try LIVE DJ-ing!!" So I handed in an application and all that, and YAY I am now an ASIANLOAD DJ-in-the-making. Why I say in the making..I haven't really worked out my schedules and times that'll fit inside my week.
But so far, it's looking to be Monday nights and Thursday afternoons (australian time). Since the radio itself is based in America, times there are TOTALLY different. It's like..19hour gap between Aust and Western California. That's just NUTS man.
So after I get my schedule and post it, COME TUNE IN TO DJ KUNI's LIVE DJ SESSIONS.
5. OVERSEAS TRIP - Okay my overseas trip is totally and utterly confirmed. I'm leaving around end of December (Christmas period) and staying till about..early February? I'm definitely staying for Chinese New Year in Malaysia with all my relatives. The plan so far:
--------------------------------------------------------- Countries: Malaysia , Singapore and Taiwan (this still to be confirmed) Length: 1.5months around Order of countries: So far it's lookign to be KL --> sg --> penang --> KL --> taiwan --> KL --> sydney. Basically, KL is my base and everything else stems off it. I'll be going in week-long blocks probably, except for the KL trip after penang. That shouldn't be more than a day or two before I head to Taiwan. --------------------------------------------------------- Anyone in msia / sg wanna meet up? Let me know what day you're free and we'll hang out. Treats are on me =D Just don't go blowing my money and spending like..a bazillion dollars!
As I always say, keep you all posted on the details
Ahh life is looking good. Cannot wait to get more things to do in the future =]
