MOOD: praying, praying, praying MUSIC: - none right now -x___x;; im in such a depressed state right now. really.-sigh- how to start, where to start. guess i have to start from the top.
well, today was alright. everything went okay, then after school today no problems. was happy doing my work and all that. then..my "mei" at school calls me up (not my real mei, just close friend as always) and tells me that all her relatives got hit by the earthquake in china. she grew up in the sichuan region,
the worst affected area of the earthquake and alot of her relatives have had to leave their homes because it's now all in rubbles..the worst part about it...
her uncle and two other relatives are missing. they're out of contact and she's really worried about them.
she called me up and she had already been crying for so long T__T. some more she's really close to her uncle, so for her, this was really really bad news to her. basically, when she was young, her dad was always busy with work, so her uncle would always look out for her, look after her. basically she grew up with her uncle as the
father figure. so naturally they became really close. she even said that her uncle
treats her more like a daughter than he treats his own son. so this news that now he's missing...its hitting her really hard. and the worst thing is, i feel so helpless. i cant do anythin to help her. i can give her moral support, but what use is that? hows that gonna help them find her uncle? = =;; and ive never seen her cry this badly before..so im really just..so...-sighs-
she told me to pray for his safety. of course ill be prayin every night for him..but man..x__x seeing my mei like that..its so painful to watch T_T almost unbearable. she's usually always so cheerful, so happy. we always pei each other when we can ~ so we've become really close as friends and we share all our deep secrets and stuff. and we always help each other when we can. but this time..i really do feel so useless. and i dont know what to do.
i told her not to go to school tomorrow, incase she ends up breaking down and then there'll be so many people swamping her, asking her whats wrong and all this and that. and right now the thing she needs most is her own space, her own time to sort things out so that she can pray for his safety. -sigh-
mei-mei...stay strong okay. remember you have a gor that's always lookin' out for you ^__^v even though i might not be of much help in a situation like this - where both you and i feel so useless - but just remember,
if you ever need support, a shoulder to lean on, an ear to listn,
